Please note that DUMAIT does not cover local import taxes, which will apply if you reside outside of the UK.

* All orders with a value over 150€ (£125.50) going to Europe will be subject to a VAT and clearance fee. VAT and clearance fee rates vary according to each country.

Example: France has a TVA of 20% and a flat clearance fee of 12€. This will be charged by customs when the parcel arrives in France.

shipping to the rest of the world:

5-7 working days - FREE

* Local taxes and duties will apply upon arrival. These vary according to the destination country. DUMAIT does not cover these fees.

The customer assumes full responsibility for postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges if they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

You have 10 working days starting from the day your order was delivered to ask for a full refund and ship it back.

Your item must be unused and unworn.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges or the original shipping fee.

1. Get in touch here to inform us of your return and ask for the return address.
2. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
3. Close the box and tape it securely.
4. Post your parcel using any of your preferred methods.

Once received, the item’s full price will be refunded to your original payment method.

To make an exchange, please return the item(s) you originally ordered following the returns policy. Please place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.
